There are no refunds on any services or packages once purchased. Once payment/purchase is finalized, no refund, compensation, replacement or chargeback will be provided or allowed. All purchases/sales are final.  Fearless Beauty Aesthetics may offer an alternative, such as credit or exchange. Purchased services or packages have a 6 month expiration date from date of purchase.

For each appointment, a 10 minute grace period will be granted to each client.  For any clients who arrive later than 10 minutes, the appointment will automatically need to be rescheduled and our “cancellation” policy  will be enforced. Policy subject to change, please review consultation and consent signed agreements for effective policy.

Please be mindful of canceling appointments or rescheduling 24 hours in advance. Giving ample (24 hour) notice will help avoid incurring a cancellation fee.

If a client cancels or reschedules within less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the total service will be charged. This fee will be required to be paid in order to reschedule any future appointments. Policy subject to change, please review consultation and consent signed agreements for effective policy.

All no call no shows will be billed 100% of the total cost of services scheduled. This fee will be required to be paid in order to reschedule any future appointments, Policy subject to change, please review consultation and consent signed agreements for effective policy.

Due to the high demand for all training courses, all trainings require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit is made to secure the trainees seat in the class. Once this deposit is paid, it will not be refundable even if trainee must cancel.  The deposit amount will vary per course.
